Department Shipping
Packages for Ground must be in The SPOT before 12:00 p.m. for same day shipping.
Packages for Express must be in The SPOT before 12:00 p.m. for same day shipping.
Low contracted shipping rates will be charged with the UCF Departments Workday Tags. The following tags will be needed:
Company ID
Division ID
Cost Center ID
Fund ID*
Program ID
Financial Site ID
*Your Department may require additional Workday Tags if using specific Fund ID. EX: Any Fund starting with FD5## requires a Grant ID or Designation ID. Funds FD140 and FD190 requires both Project ID and Activity ID. Funds FD965 and FD970 requires a Gift ID.
