Frequently Asked Questions
-
Does it matter what type of box our papers are in when the driver picks them up?
The price per box is set by the standard cardboard bankers box or a copy paper size box.
-
If I don’t know when our bin will be full and need to be emptied, is there a time limit on how long it takes to fill it up?
We set all customers with bins up on either a 4 week or 8 week automatic service schedule. Should you need service before your scheduled date, you can call or email the Spot and we will request service right away. This will reset your scheduled service date from the date of service.
-
When they bring the bin for the first time, do I have to fill it right away while the driver waits?
No, you will either be on a 4 or 8 week schedule from the drop off date.
-
Do I need to remove staples, binder clips, rubber bands, etc?
No, you don’t need to remove anything unless you want to save them to reuse later.
